Kinsza Virgil, affectionately known as Serenity or " MaKiD" is the visionary force behind "The Collective," an event planning company that transforms dreams into reality. As a devoted mother of four, Kinsza embarked on her entrepreneurial journey to provide for her growing family after an unexpected job layoff. Her passion for event planning ignited at the age of 15, and after marrying at 18, she pursued certification to turn her lifelong passion into a thriving career.
With her unwavering dedication and expertise, Kinsza and her talented team have orchestrated hundreds of events each year, crafting unforgettable experiences for clients, including some of your favorite NFL players and musicians. Yet, beyond any accolades or status, what truly matters to Kinsza is the joy and smiles on the faces of her clients, their families, and guests.

As our co-lead designer, expert balloon artist, t-shirt printing queen, and in-house prop designer, she ensures your event stands out. Recently stepping into event planning, Stephanie is helping us expand our reach in the triad area, bringing her distinctive flair to more celebrations.
